  • Made-to-Order Items: For items such as customized promise pillows, rings, or any other personalized products, please allow 7 - 10 business days for these items to be handcrafted and prepared before they are ready for shipping.
  • Standard Products: All other non-customized items will be processed within 3 - 5 business days.

Shipping Times

Once your order is processed, please allow an estimated delivery time of 7 - 24 business days for your items to arrive. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, shipping method selected, and unforeseen carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs will always be FREE of charge to most countries.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information if applicable. This allows you to follow the progress of your package in real-time. Please note that some couriers do not have tracking when ship to certain countries. Not all orders may have tracked shipping.
